I wrote my first blog post about the decline of American democracy on March 5, 2019. Since then, I’ve written numerous posts on the political climate crisis in the U.S. and the rising tide of minority rule. My last post on that subject was written on March 6, 2022—three years to the day after my first such post. I no longer write about the subject because I’ve been preaching to the choir of my selected readers and—frankly--I have nothing new to say either to you or to myself about it.
